Refund & Cancellation Policy

How funding reversals, service cancellations, fee refunds and transaction disputes are handled.

Last updated 1 August 2026

Scope

This policy covers cancellation of funding instructions, refunds of fees and subscription charges, and the handling of disputed transactions. It does not create a right to reverse a market transaction: once an order is executed the resulting position and its profit or loss belong to you.

Funding cancellations

  • A deposit instruction that has not yet settled may be cancelled by contacting the support desk before funds are credited to your account.
  • Settled deposits are returned only to the same account, card or wallet from which they came, in the same currency, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
  • A withdrawal request may be cancelled by you at any time while it remains in the pending queue and has not been released for payment.

Refund of fees and charges

Commissions, spreads, financing charges and other transaction costs correctly applied to executed orders are not refundable. Where a fee has been charged in error, or a duplicate charge has been taken, we will refund it in full to the original payment source once verified — normally within five business days of confirming the error.

Subscription or premium service charges may be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by applicable law.

Processing times and costs

  • Card refunds are returned to the issuing card and typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on the issuer.
  • Bank transfers are returned to the originating account and typically settle within 1–5 business days.
  • Digital-asset returns are sent to the originating wallet on the same network; network fees and price movement between receipt and return are borne by the client.
  • Third-party processor or correspondent bank fees may be deducted from the amount returned.

Disputed transactions

If you do not recognise a transaction, contact us first at support@crestpointcapital.net with the reference number so we can investigate. We acknowledge disputes within one business day and aim to complete an investigation within 15 business days. Raising a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us can delay resolution and may lead to your account being restricted while the claim is open.

Account closure

You may close your account at any time once open positions are settled and outstanding obligations met. Remaining cleared balances are returned to a verified payment source in your own name after any applicable transfer costs.
